Bad time today. I blame Bob.

Seemed hard for a Tuesday; 16A ACTA (Court records)...no one know this. Apparently its plural of "Actus". This crossed with the mysterious 12D SALADA (Brand used in 10-Down Maybe...10D being ICETEA). A brand we don't know. But maybe this will help me remember.

53D ALDER (Irene of a Sherlock Holmes story) crossed with 64A SEGAR (Elzie _____, Popeye's creator). Both names rung faint bells for me, but nobody was sure of them at all. It could have easily been "Aldar/Sagar", as far as we knew. had to guess.
